Sorry this is a bit late but we would like to thank Judith Marchant and Anne Crisp for providing us with a massive supply of flapjacks to keep us going through France. We must have left England with about 500 flapjacks and they lasted all the way to Lyons.

They were very tasty and were the ideal mid ride snack... its just a shame we finished them all so early on!

They also made us some cakes which were equally enjoyable... I'm getting hungry thinking about them now
